Getting pregnant is a great feeling any woman may experience but the first pregnancy is often accompanied by innumerous questions, anxiety and panic. As you enter this wonderful phase, there are several symptoms which reveal your condition. Great importance lies in recognizing these signs so that you may get the required assistance and necessary medical help from your doctor as soon as possible.

The first few weeks, you can not believe you're really pregnant. Okay, you have morning sickness. You are completely Flagada, you see the wise and women almost as often as your best friend, and you spend your life in the toilet ... But it is likely that when the first echo when you try to distinguish her figure, you will hear your baby's heart beat wildly for the first time your pregnancy becomes a reality for you.

Elevated Basal Body Temperature
The body's basal temperature begins to elevate after ovulation, and stays elevated beyond your next expected period. Ovulation is when a mature egg is released from the ovary and pushed down the fallopian tube and is ready to be fertilized by a sperm. The implantation of a fertilized egg normally takes place 6 to 12 days after ovulation - that's about two to three weeks before the next period is missed.

If you have tracked your menstrual cycle very carefully, you may be able to pick out abnormalities in how and when certain symptoms occur. For instance, if you know about when you ovulated and it’s possible you could have conceived during that time, you may be able to spot implantation bleeding through our tracking. Typically spotting that occurs about ten days after conception, it is caused by the fertilized egg implanting in your uterus.

On conceiving, within a week or two you may feel tired very quickly. There is a loss of energy and you start feeling tired even with your usual daily activities. You may hit the bed earlier than usual and also prefer small energy naps. However, you can conserve energy by including a healthy diet.

Similar to breasts preparing for motherhood, nipples also undergo a slight transformation. They may appear larger or darker, clearly indicating the beginning of new life but they will return back to their original shape and color after delivery.

Tiredness or Fatigue
In the early stages of the pregnancy there is an immense feeling of tiredness or even fatigue. This can be considered as a way by the nature itself to persuade the pregnant ones to take more sleep, on the onset of the sleepless nights for the future until the child is fully developed. There also exists a physical criterion for the fatigue to occur.

Remain calm because it does not necessarily mean that you are in the process of having a miscarriage as other things maybe going on that are lesser by nature. Some ladies suffer from lower back pain due to kidney stones, gallbladder disease or even pancreatitis. When you suffer from one of these diseases it is debilitating and in some cases warrants surgery. An abdominal cramp during early pregnancy usually happens to just about all women who are pregnant therefore please do not panic. It is always for the best to contact your physicians.

Heightened sense of taste and smell – There may be a change in your preferences as far as food is concerned. A change in taste is quite common during pregnancy. Women often end up disliking things they loved before pregnancy. An increased sense of smell and taste may cause aversions and cravings for certain food items. Some women also experience a metallic taste in their mouth during this phase.
